PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a sensor surely fixing the sensor. SOLUTION: This invented rolling bearing with the sensor has a projection part 22a formed by acutely folding back a tip part of a insertion fitting part 22 for attaching a sensor part S to the rolling bearing 11. The projection part 22a is provided with a taper part 22a1 formed in a shape of which diameter gradually reduces toward tip side and a falling off prevention part 22a2 engaging with an attachment groove 12a. Consequently, the projection part 22a is not crashed and is engaged with the attachment groove 12a when a sensor part S is attached on the rolling bearing, and the sensor part S is surely fixed.
