PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony unit easily installable in a unit house by increasing transporting efficiency by a carrying vehicle, providing additional functions, and installed above a house unit on the lower stories. SOLUTION: In the unit house 12 constructed by assembling the plurality of house units 11 and 14 at a building construction site, this balcony unit 10 is installed above the house unit 11a on the lower stories allocated in a hexahedron shape and disposed adjacently to the house unit 11b on the upper stories allocated in a hexahedron shape. The floor panel 16 is installed so that the floor surface 18a by the floor panel 16 after installation is higher by 30 to 80 cm than the floor surface 19 of the adjacent house unit 11b by supporting the floor panel 16 with a handrail 15 by a peripheral wall panel 17.
