PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy sheet in which ridging mark at the time of press forming can be prevented, and which further has excellent bending workability and BH (bending hardenability) with high reproducibility. SOLUTION: In the Al-Mg-Si based aluminum alloy sheet comprising, by mass, 0.2 to 3.0% Mg, 0.5 to 2.5% Si and 0.02 to 0.5% Mn, the average grain size of compounds having grain sizes of≥0.2μm is≤3μm, and also, the elemental content A of Mn present as Mn compounds having grain sizes of≥0.2μm lies in the range of 0.3 to 0.9 by the ratio with the content B of Mn in the aluminum alloy sheet, A(mass%)/B(mass%).
