PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing copper fine-particles which have the particle diameter of≤100 nm, and extremely high uniformity of the particle diameter, and are excellent in dispersibility without necessitating a special apparatus such as a high pressure vessel, and to provide the copper fine-particles, and dispersion liquid of the copper fine-particles. SOLUTION: In the method for obtaining copper fine-particles by heating/reducing the oxide, hydroxide or salt of copper in a polyethyleneglycol or ethyleneglycol solution, a silver salt for the formation of nuclei is added, and further, as a reduction control agent and a dispersant, an aminic polymeric compound is added, obtaining copper fine-particles with silver as nuclei and with the particle diameters of 20 to 100 nm. The solvent is subjected to substitution/concentration with water or alcohol or a mixture of water and water, in order to obtain the dispersion liquid of copper fine-particles in which the copper fine-particles coated with the aminic polymeric compound are dispersed at a concentration of≥50 wt.%.
