PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an adhesive tape which suppresses formation of foams in an adhesive agent accompanied by rotation of a roll and capable of improving quality of the adhesive tape, and to provide its apparatus, and to preare the adhesive tape. SOLUTION: This invention relates to the method for producing the adhesive tape, its apparatus comprising a blade 11 configured to contact to an upper laminate roll 4 and to keep a liquid stocking part 8 in substantially hermetic state, and the adhesive agent (s) is supplied to the liquid stocking part 8 as configured to contact the liquid level of the adhesive agent (s) stocked in the liquid stocking part 8 with the back side of the blade 11.
