PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve handling operability including easiness-to-use with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The initial purpose is attained by constituting so as to fixedly arrange a tube 10 and a TV camera cable 12 being an extension material, by using a tube fixing member 9, by arranging the tube fixing member 9 on first and second arms 5b and 5c of an arm 5.
