PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine preventing a fraud beforehand by the intention of a parlor side in the game machine and to provide a fraud prevention method and program in the game machine. SOLUTION: This game machine is provided with a rotating setting switch 2054 for changing the setting related to an internal movement, a rotating movement detector 2058 detecting the rotating movement of the setting switch, and a control part 200 changing the setting of the internal movement according to a predetermined procedure. The control part, when receiving a signal requesting a setting change from the setting switch, changes the setting only when receiving a signal indicating the rotating movement of the setting switch from the rotating movement detector. The rotating movement detector monitors the rotation of a setting key switch to discriminate between the right operation of the setting key switch and the fraud related to the setting change using a wire or the like.
