<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information distribution system, a processor thereof, and a mobile terminal capable of efficiently and effectively distributing information in response to the taste of members and highly effective as advertisement, while reducing the amount of wasteful information distributed. <P>SOLUTION: The members' facial images and the members' mobile terminal addresses are registered in a database. The facial image of a person entering facilities is obtained. The facial image of the person is collated with the members' facial images registered in the database.
