<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a car lease system to be easily utilized for customers. <P>SOLUTION: A package amount obtained by totalizing a car cost, an option cost, accessary costs, car registration costs, an amount corresponding to the automobile tax for a lease period, and an amount corresponding to voluntary insurance for the lease period, the remaining cost of the car at the return of the car after the end of the lease period and an application amount for the application of the car lease are respectively set by computer processing (ST1 to ST3). The lease cost is calculated by subtracting the remaining cost of the car and the application amount from the package amount (ST4). The monthly amount of the lease is calculated by dividing the lease cost by the number of months in the lease period (ST5). After the payment of the application amount from a customer requiring the lease of the car, the car to be leased is leased to the customer (ST6) and the monthly amount for the lease is collected from the customer in each month (ST7).
