<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print registration application information, registration image information and collation information with security functions on a registration identification information storage certificate, and to adopt copy preventing sheets which are being used at present for public seal impression certificate or the like as sheets. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is provided to prepare a registration identification information storage certificate on paper basis with general registration information and registration identification information related with registration applicants as contents, and to display a portion or whole part of the registration information on paper, and to display the registration information and the registration identification information on the paper as information integrated into intact codes by a computer, and to newly execute registration application by receiving the provision of the registration identification information as information necessary for application only at a registration place by the secret decoding function program of the intact code while the registration identification is not disclosed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
