<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill medical entry device for enabling even a person who has used a bill medical entry sheet being a paper medium to easily enter medical treatment fee in a bill medical entry sheet displayed on a picture. <P>SOLUTION: This bill medical entry device acquires bill medical display data from a hard disk, and displays the image of a bill medical entry sheet on a display. When deciding that a certain region on the bill medical entry sheet displayed on the display has been selected by a mouse or the like, the bill medical entry device performs the input processing of a medical treatment fee for displaying a medical treatment fee which can be input to the region. When deciding that the input to the selected region has been ended, the bill medical entry device displays the input medical treatment fee on the bill medical entry sheet displayed on the display.
