<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact rotating device with excellent weight balance. <P>SOLUTION: The rotating device comprises a differential rotation amplification means 65 to amplify the differential rotation between a relatively rotatable rotary shaft 11 and a drive pinion shaft 13, an interlockingly rotatable rotor 67 with the differential rotation amplified by the differential rotation amplification means 65, and a rotation control means 69 to control the rotation of the rotor 67. The rotation control means 69 comprises a stator 117 to constitute a motor 123 together with the rotor 67, a variable resistor 119 to absorb the electric energy generated by the motor 123 by the rotation of the rotor 67, and a control unit 121 to control the transmission torque between the rotary shaft 11 and the drive pinion shaft 13 by adjusting the absorption energy of the variable resistor 119, and the differential rotation amplification means 65 and the rotor 67 are coaxially arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
