INDUCTION HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate temperature detection even if the bottom of cookware to be heated is not flat, and to achieve good heat conduction from a top plate to a temperature detecting element to allow accurate temperature detection.

SOLUTION: A temperature detecting part 29 for detecting the temperature of cookware 12 to be heated is made up of: a heat collecting plate 31 made of a non-metal material; the temperature detecting element 32 close or adjacent to the heat collecting plate 31; and a heat conductive member 33 provided to surround a portion of the temperature detecting element 32 other than the portion close or adjacent to the heat collecting plate 31.
