PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit and method for driving that can lower feedthrough effect of a TFT LCD device. SOLUTION: A liquid crystal display device comprises a plurality of gate lines formed in parallel to each other, a plurality of source lines formed in parallel to each other and orthogonally to the gate lines, an array of display cells constituting of a plurality of display cells formed of adjacent gate lines and source lines, each of the cells including a first transistor which is driven by an (N-2)th gate line and a second transistor driven by an (N)th gate line as a region formed of the (N)th gate line and an (M)th source line.
