<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To match telephone number information stored in a database, even in case that an exchange number is omitted, with calling telephone number information, and to prevent the display of the information with respect to a retrieval from a terminal device of a retrieved person who wants to restrict the display. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, a CTI service comprises a customer information database. Telephone number information and customer information matched with calling telephone number information from a CTI are extracted, and telephone number information and kana character name information are edited according to the characteristic of a manager server and transmitted to the manager server. In the manager server, according to a transmitted collation telegram, retrieval of policy holder information stored in a policy holder information database is executed by use of the telephone number information and the kana character name information as keywords. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
