<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaft member provided with a rising face in a part of an outer face and provide its formation and use method. <P>SOLUTION: A rising face part of the shaft member 16 is engaged by friction with inner side race faces of one or a plurality of bearing members 18, 20 to form interference fit.
