<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a lithographic printing form original plate through the bar coating method of a hydrophilic layer, by which, on a continuous band-like support, a favorable coating surface, which has not coating defect but uniform surface shape and can obtain favorable performance when formed into a plate, and a lithographic printing form original plate and, in addition, a printing method with the lithographic printing form original plate. <P>SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of the lithographic printing form original plate having at least the hydrophilic layer containing particulate matters and an image forming layer on the hydrophilic layer on a support, after the passing of a hydrophilic layer containing liquid for forming the hydrophilic layer through a filtering process with a filter and after the coating of the hydrophilic layer coating liquid by exceeding its predetermined amount on the continuously conveying band-like support, coating is performed by scraping off the excess amount of the hydrophilic layer coating liquid with a bar under the condition that the time T1 required until the hydrophilic layer coating liquid is scraped off with the bar after being past through the filtering process with the filter is set to be at least 0.01 s and not more than 200 s. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
