PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a wet umbrella causes troubles to the others by getting wet their clothes and foot on public transportation, and that a disposable vinyl used to solve the problem described above is discarded by department stores or supermarkets. SOLUTION: A storing bag in which an umbrella cover is put is attached in the umbrella. Thus, the umbrella cover is put in the storing bag when the umbrella is opened, and the umbrella is put in the umbrella cover by taking out the storing bag when the umbrella is closed.
