PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a cutback in personnel required for maintenance and a reduction of a cost of the maintenance by simplifying daily care and troublesome work. SOLUTION: A carpet maintenance method includes a process of sucking dust such as sand or mud on a surface of a carpet by a vacuum cleaner, a process of spraying a titanium oxide solution to the surface of the carpet, a process of removing dust on the surface of the carpet by a roller of an adsorption sheet for daily cleaning of the carpet, a process of sucking dust such as sand and mud on the surface of the carpet by a vacuum cleaner once a week, a process of spraying the titanium oxide solution to the surface of the carpet after sucking dust on the surface of the carpet by a vacuum cleaner for many times a year, and a process of cleaning the surface of the carpet by a polisher after sucking the dust on the surface of the carpet by a vacuum cleaner and spraying the titanium oxide solution to the surface of the carpet after drying.
