The holddown is fitted to adjuster lever (12) which is pivotally mounted on a baseplate and fitted out with a feeler (27) to check sheet thickness and the distance from holddown to puller rail. The feeder is composed of a roller lever (18) whose bolt (23) carries the feeder roller (22). The roller lever (18) is operably connected by a spring (19) to the driving element (20) of a lever-allotted adjuster (21). A bolt (16) allocated in common to both adjuster (1) and roller lever (18) moves in a slot in the bearing block (15) via a bearing bolt (17) on the lever (12) side opposite to the bolt (16). An arrester is provided to fix the position of bolt (17) in the bearing block (15), with both adjuster (21) and arrester under central pulpit control. |
