<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulley unit with one-way clutch excellent in balance of properties of grease for bearing and grease for one-way clutch different in property. <P>SOLUTION: Rolling bearings 6, 7 are disposed on both sides in axial direction of a one-way clutch 5, and outer ring of the one-way clutch 5 is caught between outer rings 6a, 7a of the rolling bearings 6, 7. Consistency of the grease sealed in the one-way clutch 5 is larger than consistency of the grease sealed in the rolling bearings 6, 7. The rolling bearings 6, 7 are one-side seal bearing having liquid tight seals 8, 9 at outer end parts, and shield plates 21, 22 are disposed to inner end parts of the rolling bearings 6, 7 to form labyrinth seals between the inner side end parts of the rolling bearings 6, 7 and inner end parts of the inner rings 6b, 7b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
