<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium secondary battery capable of suppressing decrease of discharge capacity even when the pack density of an electrode is raised in the case that styrene-butadiene rubber is used for a binder. <P>SOLUTION: This lithium secondary battery comprises a positive electrode 1 formed by using a binder containing sulfur simple substance as active material, styrene-butadiene rubber and polytetrafluoroethylene, a negative electrode 2 formed by using material absorbing and discharging lithium ion, and nonaqueous electrolyte 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
