<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cold storage insulating container from cracking in vacuum precooling, and to suppress a manufacturing cost of the cold storage insulating container. <P>SOLUTION: In the cold storage insulating container comprising a synthetic resin foam which is used for the vacuum precooling under a condition in which an opening part 6 of the top face of a container main body 1 is closed with a lid body 2, a thin wall part 3 is formed on one wall part of the containers 1 and 2.
