<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program capable of lessening burdens on an information supplier and identifying the incentive of the information supplier in order to promote information supply and presenting the incentive in an information sharing system. <P>SOLUTION: An incentive engine 12 presents various information by using an incentive interface 11 so as to give the incentive to a user 10 for supplying information on the basis of a record 15 of information registration and reading by the user 10, and an incentive description file 14. For example, such information includes services such as a paper registration ranking, a referenced paper ranking or the like. Burdens of each user for supply of information can be lessened so that the incentive suitable to each user is supplied.
