DOCUMENT PROCESSING SYSTEM, DOCUMENT PROCESSING METHOD AND ITS PROGRAM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiencies of information input processing and classification processing of ledger sheets in a system of the information input processing and the classification processing of the ledger sheets accepted by a financial institution.

SOLUTION: The system decides kinds of documents on the basis of information described in the documents and reads out information necessary for totalization from the documents to generate totalization data. Furthermore, the system generates sorting patterns for the documents from which the information has been read out already, based on the generated totalization data to sort the documents on the basis of the generated sorting patterns.
