<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp lot conditions for evaluating a land through a graphical user interface to easily and objectively execute land evaluation, in a system providing an evaluation function of the land. <P>SOLUTION: This system for evaluating the land has: a means displaying map data including the land that is an evaluation target; a means displaying a line element showing a target section of a street value about a front road contacting with the land, to the land divided by a boundary line on a map; a means receiving selection of the line element; a means displaying a polygon including a side corresponding to the boundary line to the front road, at a nearly same angle as an angle made by the selected line element to a prescribed reference axis; a means setting an evaluation attribute for evaluating the land through figure editing operation to the polygon; an acquisition means acquiring an evaluation parameter of the land to the land having a reference shape on the basis of the evaluation attribute; and a means calculating a price of the land from a prescribed standard price and the evaluation parameter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
