<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated multi-channel capillary electrophoretic device for removing restrictions on the usefulness for applications, requiring high-level automation, processing capacity, detection sensitivity, and reliability due to some serious defects in the existing multi-channel capillary electrophoresis system. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-channel capillary electrophoretic device is provided with a plurality of capillary tubes, a capillary array assembly 5, in which each capillary tube has an inlet terminal and an outlet terminal; an inlet support body 10 mounted on the inlet terminals of the capillary tubes is provided with a body, an alignment mechanism, and a plurality of capillary tube aligning grooves; and an output support body 15, mounted on the outlet terminals of the capillary tubes is provided with a platform (i), having a support surface which has capillary tube aligning grooves located above it, and two or more guide rails (ii). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
