<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health food enabling dietary fiber to be taken easily, excellent in antioxidizing activity as well, offering well-flavored food, and retaining effects including antioxidizing activity through material combination. <P>SOLUTION: The health food comprises a kale-processed product and pine bark extract and also brown sugar and water-soluble dietary fiber. Particularly, this health food contains 0.1-20 pt(s). wt. of the pine bark extract based on 100 pts. wt. of the kale dried powder on a dry basis.
