<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device with high efficiency having an improved etching workability while maintaining optical and electro-optical characteristics, and especially, easy to apply an integrated patterning. <P>SOLUTION: The photoelectric conversion device has a transparent electrode 2 made of tin oxide including zinc, indium oxide, or complex oxide composed of the above oxides; an electron transport layer 3 containing dye-stuff 4, formed on the transparent electrode 2; and a hole transport layer 6, arranged one on the other in this sequence. With this, the transparent electrode 2 with excellent etching workability can be formed while maintaining low resistance characteristics and high heat resistance, and patterning at the time of integration can be easily carried out. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
