<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the influence of an organization exerted an another organization on the basis of information conveyed among the plurality of organizations. <P>SOLUTION: The member of an organization on a network system 1 transmits a message as electronic mail. An analysis/organization device 3 stores a message to be transmitted by the organization as a message log. The analysis/organization device 3 designates a concept (word or the like) to be evaluated and a period and organization to be evaluated, and performs processing to evaluate the level of influence of expressions. The analysis/organization device 3 reads the message log, and evaluates from which organization to which organization the characteristic expressions affect, and the level of influence or the like.
