<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a data communication method which improves in a communication quality with a simple configuration, which can suppress an increases in a bandwidth or the interrupt of a voice, and which is suitable for utilization to a handover; and to realize a data communication system. <P>SOLUTION: The data communication method performs data communication using a time diversity system between communication apparatuses having a transmission processing unit and a receiving processing unit. The communication apparatus detects a receiving quality based on a receiving signal in the receiving quality measuring unit 26 of a receiving data processing unit 20, packetizes compression data of the number of branches according to the receiving quality by the packetizing unit 14 of a transmission data processing unit 10, transmits the transmission signal including these packets from a communication unit 39, and, thus, performs the time diversity transmission of the number of the branches according to the receiving quality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
