<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for eliminating simply and surely static in an assembling process of an actuator head suspension assembly used for a magnetic disk apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the head suspension assembly comprising a wiring trace which has a laminated structure formed of a metal layer, a first dielectric layer, a conductor layer and a second dielectric layer, and an exposed part in which the conductor layer is exposed from the second dielectric layer, and a head/slider supported by the metal layer. An actuator assembly including an actuator arm and a flexible print circuit board is provided. The exposed part of the conductor layer is soaked in a static eliminating solvent. The head suspension assembly is attached to the actuator arm. A terminal of the wiring trace and a terminal of the flexible print circuit board are connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
