<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the fuel injection quantity by restraining the influence of pressure pulsation generated in a pressure accumulating part by first operation previously performed in the case of injecting fuel per cycle in a plurality of divided operations. <P>SOLUTION: In this fuel injection control device of the engine, in setting the fuel injection quantity of a second operation after the first operation, the operation interval DLT is detected, and the fuel injection quantity is corrected according to the operation interval DLT, and the amount of time from the end of the first operation (e.g. pilot injection) to the start time of the second operation (e.g. main injection) is taken as the operation interval DLT. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
