HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in cooking when a great temperature drop of a material to be cooked occurs during deep-frying cooking.

SOLUTION: This heating cooker comprises: a heat source for cooking a material to be cooked; a temperature sensor for detecting the temperature of the material to be cooked; a control means for controlling the heat source by detecting the temperature of the material using the temperature sensor; and a display means for displaying a set-up temperature and so on. The control means is designed to allow the display means to indicate a temperature drop when the temperature of the material to be cooked has dropped to be lower than a predetermined temperature after once reaching the set-up temperature during deep-frying cooking.
