PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein among the troublesome problems is the processing of excrement processing for a care requiring bedridden person, and the daily diaper replacement is the most troublesome care because of foul odors and this poses serious social problems. SOLUTION: The present invention solves the problems, when training care attendants, to improve their nursing services, by removing the sense of incongruity to persons cared and operation errors by using a mannequin for excretion care training, and linking it to an automatic nursing care machine, incorporating diapers with an opening for excretion, from the viewpoint of eliminating the care worker's labors and mental anguish.
