PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack, where a thickness of a case can be easily reduced even by using a conventional molding machine, malfunction such as short-circuit is hardly generated, and moreover, the pack is hardly decomposed. SOLUTION: On the case 1 for the battery pack, hole parts 2b, 3b are formed respectively on an upper case 2 and a lower case 3 formed by dividing a battery unit housing box into two, and convex parts 4b, 5b fitted to the hole parts 2b, 3b are formed on an upper sheet 4 and a lower sheet 5 arranged each inside of the upper case 2 and the lower case 3, respectively.
