PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support structure for a steering column position adjustment device capable of enhancing installation accuracy of a support part becoming a turning center, smoothing action of tilt/telescopic adjustment with no rattling and outstandingly making operation feeling good in a steering device provided with tilt/telescopic function. SOLUTION: A pivot guide part 5 of a guide bush B made of resin provided with the pivot guide part 5 having a bearing hole is inserted into a long hole part 3 of a turning support bracket A fixed to a steering column 16 and formed with the long hole part 3 along an axial direction. An enlargement part 7 of a pivot shaft member C having the enlargement part 7 is inserted into the bearing hole 5d of the guide bush B made of resin such that a clearance of the long hole part 3 and the pivot guide part 5 becomes small.
