PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat rubber band-threading tool of twisting preventive, slipping-out preventive, and easily threading type, capable of being used for threading a flat rubber band into a waist part of a skirt, slacks, etc., capable of preventing the flat rubber band from twisting, capable of preventing the flat rubber band from slipping out of the tool, and capable of making the flat rubber band easily passed through the tool. SOLUTION: This flat rubber band-threading tool is formed into a flat T-shape by flatly fastening a handle (11) to a frame 2 (10), so that the flat rubber band is prevented from twisting. The tool has flat rubber band-threading openings of such structures as to have widths same to those of five kinds of the flat rubber bands which are troublesome when twisted, wherein three of the flat rubber band-threading openings 1 (1), 2 (2), 3 (3) are arranged in this order, so that the flat rubber band is sequentially threaded through the flat rubber band-threading openings 1 (1), 2 (2), 3 (3), and again threaded through the opening 1 (1) finally. Further, the tool is equipped with notches (7) or a plurality of projections (8) on an opening-partitioning part 2 (6), so that the flat rubber band is prevented from shifting, and further prevented from slipping out of the tool by pressing the flat rubber band which is only suspended on the openings with an opening-partitioning part 1 (5) and an opening-partitioning frame (4). Furthermore, the flat rubber band-threading openings 1 (1), 2 (2), 3 (3) are set to have lengths of 7 mm, respectively, so that the flat rubber band is easily passed through the tool.
