PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that since a blower for preventing sweatiness of a helmet is conventionally integrated with a helmet, inseparable or has a complicated structure, the blower is not simply attached to a general helmet already possessed and is expensive. SOLUTION: The blower is a blower for ventilating the inside by introducing open air and has a constitution that a fan for sucking open air and a battery storage part are arranged in a box body having a grip part for nipping the edge of a blocking plate for dividing the outside from the inside, a switch and an air sending nozzle for discharging air sucked by the fan to the inside are installed on the surface of the box body.
