PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial leather substrate which has excellent soft hand and shape stability, especially an excellent bagging property. SOLUTION: This artificial leather substrate is characterized by containing a polymer elastomer in a three-dimensional fiber interlaced product prepared by laminating and interlacing an ultra fine non-woven fabric (A) having a fineness of≤0.5 dtex to a woven or knitted fabric (B) having a tensile stress of≥30 kg/cm at 5% elongation in at least one of the longitudinal direction and the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.
