PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working method of a door hinge for automobiles by which the connective joining of advantage that is high in the flexibility of a shape and connective joining with two parts without using a connecting pin is made possible and the miniaturization of the connecting part in narrow places is possible. SOLUTION: By this method, a boss part is provided on either of two parts on the door side and the frame side which comprise the door hinge, a hole part is provided on the other side, the boss part is inserted into the hole part, a washer is set in a part where the length of the boss part is longer than the length of the hole and the long part projected from the washer is expanded by caulking and the assembly is completed by integral working by taking that part as a retainer.
