PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-loosening screw maintaining an anti-loosening effect for a long period. SOLUTION: A screw portion is constituted of a head portion 2 and a leg portion 4 in which a thread 5 is formed at an outer periphery integrally with the head portion. In this anti-loosening screw, a groove 10 deeper than a thread valley portion 6 is formed along an axis in an axial direction of the leg portion 4, and a locking member 20 which consists of a metallic line 21 and a resin material 22 accommodating the line therein is fitted and inserted in the groove 10, therefore, the resin material is deformed having elasticity along a female screw, and the metallic line is pressed against the elastic force of the resin material in the groove by the female screw to cause large locking effect in relation with the female screw. Besides, the metallic line is fitted in, therefore, pressure force is equally applied to the resin material in the groove, and restoring force is maintained, and the anti-loosening effect is not extraordinarily degraded in repeated use of the screw.
