PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize and lighten an explosion proof vessel, simplify retention of explosion proof performance and improve operation efficiency of mounting work and maintenance by arranging a plurality of substrates dispersively in a plurality of the explosion proof vessels. SOLUTION: The gas filling device 10 includes a gas filling system 13 branching in two systems for filling gas on a front surface side and a rear surface side of a casing 12 simultaneously. A first and a second display 14, 16 for indicating values relating to fuel fill such as filling quantity and filling charge are provided on the front surface 12a and the rear surface 12b of the casing 12. The substrate having various electric system arranged thereon is stored inside of the first and the second explosion proof vessels 18, 20. Since the explosion proof vessels 18, 20 are divided into two vessels and weight per a vessel is reduced, assembly work and maintenance work at a factory can be done easily and operation efficiency can be increased.
