<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a precursor lipocyte differentiation promoter having decomposability and locally accumulating fat to a part difficult to cause the fat accumulation. <P>SOLUTION: One or more kinds of extracts of plants selected from Citrus unshiu, Dioscorea tokoro, Diospyros kaki, Cinnamomum cassia, Paeonia lactiflora, Cnidium officinale, Polygonum multiflorum, Eriobotrya japonica and Actinidia polygama are used as a precursor lipocyte differentiation promoter.
