<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of processing steps and assembling steps for a sheet metal and to easily move a fixture leg for securing a cabinet to a given position. <P>SOLUTION: When a front cover 27-1 is secured, it is placed on four high-strength struts 3 of ventilation covers 1a-1 and 1b-1 fitted respectively to a top panel and a bottom panel, and it is screwed. In addition, a trellis with a clearance enough for preventing fingers or foreign matters from entering is fitted integrally with the ventilation covers 1a-1 and 1b-1 in an air inlet 12-1. Then, a ventilation guide 5 on an inclined face of about 45° is provided in a horizontal beam on the rear surface of the frame 12c of the air inlet 12-1.
