<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage device, a hybrid power source and a hybrid power source system capable of highly accurately matching power supplied to an electric power system with target supply power, by making a calculation cycle where differential power between the target supply power and output power from a generating device is calculated, roughly the same cycle as the control cycle of a power converter for giving an adequate power command value to the power converter. <P>SOLUTION: The power storage device is provided with a subtraction circuit 71 which calculates a difference between the output power from the generating device which generates electricity making use of natural energy, and the target supply power supplied to the electric power system, and a power converter 42 which matches the output power to the power command value PINV<SP>*</SP>determined based on the result of the calculation by the subtraction circuit 71.
