摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for excluding the illegal use of contents by strictly performing the registration and erasure processing of a member client having right to use contents.

SOLUTION: A member registration processing to a member client list in which clients who have the right to use the contents are registered is provided to perform registration under conditions that it is confirmed that a member registration request client is a client in the same local network as a server 101, and that it is confirmed that user approval for the member registration has been made. Furthermore, member erasure processing is provided to perform the member erasure processing of a client under conditions that it is confirmed that a member secession request client does not hold any license whose validity term remains, and that it is confirmed that user agreement with the member secession has been made.
