PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently deliver at least one of a cash-on-delivery-base package and a package to be collected to/from a depositor and a recipient by using a storage device for accommodating the packages.

SOLUTION: A home-delivery box 200 informs a user portable telephone 100 of the package to be received by the recipient for the package stored in a locked storage area. A home-delivery company server 300 informs the home-delivery box 200 of the completion of electronic settlement or cash payment settlement by a cash or the like in the case of cash-on-delivery base. The home-delivery box 200 transmits an unlocking information for unlocking the storage area to the user portable telephone 100 used by the recipient for enabling the reception of the package by the recipient.
