<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a transportation tank inner bag from breaking in transporting a liquid using the inner bag put in a tank. <P>SOLUTION: The transportation tank inner bag 20 has a double structure consisting of an inside cylindrical film 23a and an outside cylindrical film 23b. Respective one ends 23c and 23e of the double-structured cylindrical films 23a and 23b are welded together by heat, using a heat welding device 33. On a flat work platform 25, a reeling roller 38 is rolled over the double-structured cylindrical films 23a and 23b from one end 23c to the other end 23d of the films 23a and 23b to reel up the films 23a and 23b on the roller 38 from the one end 23c. This process pushes air 39 out of a double-structured inner bag body 21, i.e., the films 23a and 23b, eliminating a concern that the liquid filling the inner bag body 21 puts pressure on a part of the inner bag 20 that contains residual air when the inner bag body 21 is filled with the liquid, thus, the inner bag 20 is prevented from being broken. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
