<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device adapted to suppress power consumption to the lowest possible level to enable the stabilization of a power source. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device includes a logic section; a memory; a detection section for detecting the operation frequency of one or both of the logic section and the memory; a threshold control section for supplying a threshold control signal to one or both of the logic section and the memory based on the detection result made by the detection section; and an antenna. Each of the logic section and the memory has a plurality of transistors each of which has a first gate electrode for receiving a logic signal, a second gate electrode for receiving the threshold control signal, and a semiconductor film.
